Initial Order
- Proforma Invoice or C.O.D
- Payments made by Cheque should be made out to Baby Rachelle Pty Ltd
- Payments may be made by the following credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD,BANKCARD.
- Payments may be made by direct debit to BABY RACHELLE PTY LTD BANK account.
- Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of goods.
Subsequent Orders
- Terms are strictly 28 days from date of invoice.
- All Goods remain the property of BABY RACHELLE PTY LTD until payment is received in full.
- Approval of the Account Facilities is at the discretion of BABY RACHELLE PTY LTD.
- Accounts that remain overdue for more than 28 days will attract a fee not in excess of current bank prime interest rates.
Delivery Of Order
- All price exclude GST.
- All prices include Packaging.
- Delivery within Australia at the discretion of Baby Rachelle Pty Ltd.We endevour to source the most competive freight forwarder to your destintation.
- We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
- Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within Australia.
- Deliveries in remote areas may take upto 10 working days.
- A minimum freight charge of $10.00 applies.
- We will use your preferred carrier if requested. However we will require your account authorisation to do so.
Faulty Goods
- Strictly, No returns without authorisation.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of Goods.
- A handling charge may apply to returned goods. "Please Note"
