  • Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of goods.
Subsequent Orders
  • Terms are strictly 28 days from date of invoice.
  • All Goods remain the property of BABY RACHELLE PTY LTD until payment is received in full.
  • Approval of the Account Facilities is at the discretion of BABY RACHELLE PTY LTD.
  • Accounts that remain overdue for more than 28 days will attract a fee not in excess of current bank prime interest rates.

  • Delivery within Australia at the discretion of Baby Rachelle Pty Ltd.We endevour to source the most competive freight forwarder to your destintation.
  • We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
  • Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within Australia.
  • Deliveries in remote areas may take upto 10 working days.
  • A minimum freight charge of $10.00 applies.
  • We will use your preferred carrier if requested. However we will require your account authorisation to do so.
Faulty Goods
  • Strictly, No returns without authorisation.
  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of Goods.
